General Information
Three j pajamas offer several individual styles of sleepwear and loungewear, but whether you choose our classically inspired “Jamie” pjs, the flattering “Audrey” nightshirt, the fresh “Lucy” tank and short set, or the “Alex” robe to top it all off, you know you’re getting the best quality and comfort you can sleep in. We’ve offered each in several of seven signature designs, printed on the most beautiful soft, organic cotton, as well as traditional solid white with blue piping. The sets are pre-washed to ensure softness, while additional washings further soften the fabric but don’t fade the wonderfully vivid and bright prints.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard Shipping: $10 or FREE with purchase $150 or above
  • 3 Day Select Shipping: $20
  • 2nd Day Shipping: $25
  • Next Business Day Shipping: $40

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt. Your order will ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified, and will be received within 2-10 business days, depending on where you live. Example of 3 Day Select Shipping: Orders placed by 11am will be shipped out the same business day unless otherwise noted. Example, if you place an order at Monday 10am Standard Eastern Time you will receive your order by Thursday.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes! You will be forwarded a UPS tracking number when your order ships for easy tracking on UPS.com.

How will you ship my order?
All parcels are dispatched via UPS who deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6 pm and will not require a signature upon delivery unless you make a special request for this service. Hours will vary for holidays. * Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you ship to other countries?
We hope to expand our delivery range to other countries in the near future, but currently we are only shipping within the United States.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing info@threejnyc.com or calling us 917.262.0569.  Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.

How long do I get to return my Item?
If for any reason you wish to return your item, items must be returned within 21 days of order date. Be sure to include your receipt and we will refund your money upon receipt of returned item. All items are tagged and must be returned with all tags and labels still attached. Three J NYC will not accept items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed.

How do I exchange my item?
If you'd like to exchange pajamas for another print or size, we will gladly ensure we find you the pair that best fits you. Items must be returned to Three J with all original tags attached and in never been worn condition, within 21 days of purchase. Please include your original invoice with your exchange, or the name of the person who gave you this gift. There will be a return shipping fee of $10.00 (UPS Ground) to send a replacement back to you, so please ensure you include credit card details for this fee in order to process the exchange quickly. 

How do I return damaged or faulty goods?
All items are carefully checked before being dispatched, they are packed within a shipping box, protective plastic sleeve and handed to UPS in perfect condition. Should your item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Any shipping costs returning your damaged items will be reimbursed by us. 

How should I return a product?
We suggests you return your product via UPS or USPS and use a recorded delivery service to:

Three J Is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty. Three J is also not responsible if items are lost in transit; we suggest you keep your receipt.

Once a product has been returned Three J will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided. You must send us a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.

Can I return an item in a store?
Under no circumstances may you return an item purchased on the internet to a third party store carrying our collection. Returns must be sent to the address above.
